God Turns the Impossible Into I’m Possible

kbrowne61

Have you ever heard of Ken Jones? Ken Jones was a college student that was climbing a mountain when he was covered by two avalanches of snow. Even with a broken leg and a crushed pelvis, he managed to claw his way to the surface and back down the mountain to help. He made a full recovery and started his own fitness company. Maybe you also heard about the story where Chilean miners were trapped in collapsed mine for 69 days. Even with a lack of supplies and a dim chance that they would make it out, the 33 men managed to survive by the grace of God. God turns impossible situations into possible feats. God changes the word “impossible” into “I’m possible.”

Mr. Jones and the Chilean miners are just two examples of impossible situations that became possible. Both situations almost guaranteed their deaths. However, with the aid of God, they gathered enough strength to survive. They turned impossible problems into possible solutions. Now, an impossible problem doesn’t have to be a life-threatening situation. It can be something as simple as running in a marathon and reaching the finish line. Impossible things are happening every day, because of our determination to turn the impossible into possible.

In It’s My Testimony: A Devotional Journal for Women by Women, Christine discusses how she was faced with a nearly impossible situation. She wanted a child, but certain medical reasons prevented her from having a child. Nevertheless, God granted her a child, making an almost impossible situation possible. If you want to read more about some of the possible situations that these thirty women have gone through, then check out and read the book It’s My Testimony: A Devotional Journal for Women by Women at Amazon. Ten percent of the earnings will go to the Genesis Women’s Shelter.
