Meet The Leadership

Lakeesha Browne is a parish lay minister in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America.  She is a certified public accountant who enjoys writing, reading and crunching numbers. 

Ursurla Williams is a child of God, wife, and mother of two amazing kids who lives in Houston, TX. She enjoys using her spiritual gift of encouragement to help people live their best lives. Her dream job is to travel around the world trying different variations of BarBQue and writing about it.

Originally from Hungary’s Roma community, Rev. Veronika Czutor is the first ordained Roma woman in the ELCA. She holds degrees in theology and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Southern Methodist University, focusing on leadership development. She is multilingual, preaches in five languages, and is passionate about serving diverse communities and fostering inclusive, faith-driven leadership.

Darice Anderson is the Executive Director of 3-N-1 Trinity Services, where she leads workforce development and entrepreneurship programs for underserved communities. With over 23 years of experience, she has helped more than 600 organizations secure nonprofit status and is recognized for her impactful leadership. Her work has earned multiple awards and media recognition across the Dallas area.
